Hot Tip #2 for LIVING a LIFE of WELLBEING, HAPPINESS, CONTENTMENT AND PEACE!

What are your beliefs? How long have you had these beliefs? Where did these beliefs come from? Who inspired you to have these beliefs?

Why challenge your long held belief system?

These beliefs are often thought of as real or true, however when we question their validity, they are often found to be a “story” from our past.

Be aware of these beliefs by writing them in your diary and question them. Replace them with an affirmation or statement that serves you. This will reduce negative emotions that arise as a result of these long held beliefs. This takes awareness and consistent effort initially.

The payoff for you is that you have more peace, gratitude and contentment in your life and less negative emotions. Do this long term and wellness and happiness will return and dominate your life.

Stay tuned for the next HOT TIP for LIVING a LIFE of WELLBEING, HAPPINESS, CONTENTMENT and PEACE!

HOT TIP #1 on LIVING a LIFE of WELLBEING, HAPPINESS, CONTENTMENT and PEACE!

If we live with these qualities every day, what CHANGES would you make to YOUR LIFESTYLE?
CURIOUS about the STEPS that will get YOU CLOSER to THIS WAY OF LIFE?

Hot TIP # 1

Most of the population depend on medical, health professionals for self-care. They are more likely to prescribe a pill or a drug to mask the symptoms, rather than finding the root cause of a health concern. “A PILL for an ILL,” is a fantastic quote from HUNGRY FOR CHANGE, that measures most of the population’s habit for self-care.

If this resonates with you, question yourself,

1. “Why do I have this illness/ailment?”
2. “Why have I handed the responsibility of my body onto someone else?”
3. “Does this illness/ailment continue to occur?” eg. A cold every winter that stays, a cold every summer that stays, itchy skin, regular UTI.
4. “What is happening in my environment that may contribute to this illness/ailment?”
5. “What is my mindset when this illness/ailment occurs?”
6. “The pill that has been prescribed to me, has it been loved and nurtured to love and nurture my body?”

These questions are a fantastic start for taking responsibilty for your own health.
How have you taken responsiblity for your health and wellbeing?

Stay tuned for the next HOT TIP for LIVING a LIFE of WELLBEING, HAPPINESS, CONTENTMENT and PEACE!

What is Ka Huna Bodywork?

Aloha Everyone,

In a recent newsletter from High Spirit’s Retreat, beautiful editor, Saleemah, included the following description of Ka Huna Bodywork, adapted from written article by Tom Cochran, Sacred Lomi Hawaiian Temple Bodywork.
The following describes the purity and intention of this massage and why I LOVE IT!

Ka Huna/Lomi Lomi massage offers a gentle, loving supportive space in which Aloha is infused into every cell through the sacred touch and dance of the practitioner. By holding a safe and sacred space we bring calm to the mind and invite guidance from the Higher Self through intention and prayer. All the parts of the being are honoured and cherished, allowing the beauty and uniqueness of each individual to shine and be witnessed. We reconnect the three selves: body, mind and soul. We open the pathways for light and spirit to enter the body. Literally creating new neuro-pathways that will help you see and experience the world differently and foster positive change and growth.

Aloha
Kim
